RIGHT OF BUYER TO INSPECT GOODS--DOCUMENTS EVIDENCING FAULTS
Buyer shall inspect the goods on delivery by the carrier, and in the event of any shortage or damage to the products, buyer shall obtain from the carrier properly executed documents evidencing such shortage or damage and furnish seller with these documents at the time buyer places claim with the seller for such shortage in delivery or damage.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
It is intended to be an addendum to other forms.
